2. Data we process and how we collect it
If you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number (optional), device type, make and model (if provided), and the content of your message. We use this information to reply to your enquiry and, if requested, prepare a quote or arrange a potential repair.
This website’s form prepares a message and opens the email application configured on your device. The website does not send form data to its own database. When you send the message, your email provider will deliver it to hola@re-tech.es.
You can also contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp. In those cases, we process the information you provide in the conversation.
The device sale form collects your name, email address, device type, exact model and a description of its condition or faults. We use this information to assess a possible purchase and reply to your offer.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- To respond to enquiries and quote or repair requests, and take any preparatory steps you request: pre-contractual measures and, where applicable, performance of the service.
- To handle other enquiries about RE:TECH LAB: our legitimate interest in managing and responding to communications received.
- To meet legal obligations relating to contracted services, where applicable.
- To assess offers to sell used or faulty devices and reply to the interested person: steps requested by them before entering into a contract.
4. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry. If the enquiry leads to a service, data is retained for the duration of that relationship and for any periods required by applicable legal obligations. Messages sent from your email application may also remain in the email account you use to send them.
5. Recipients and external services
RE:TECH LAB does not sell your personal data. The form does not send information to a platform operated by us. Your email provider processes the message you choose to send.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When you visit the page, your browser may connect to Google to download those fonts and transmit technical connection data. The website also contains external links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Telegram and social networks. If you open them, those providers process data under their own privacy policies.
This site also uses Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated statistics about visits, pages viewed and interactions (such as clicks on phone, WhatsApp, maps and the device sale page). Analytics loads only if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie notice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookies” button. We do not send information entered into form fields to Google.
Depending on their services and settings, external providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing and, where applicable, data portability. Para ejercer tus derechos, escribe a hola@re-tech.es and state your request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Security and automated decisions
The website does not make automated decisions or create profiles based on information submitted through the form. RE:TECH LAB will take reasonable measures to protect information received by email and through other contact channels.
